Tuscany, famed for its robust reds, also boasts a hidden gem: highaltitude vineyards producing exceptional sparkling wines. One such example is the Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé from Montellori, a historic estate nestled in the Florentine countryside. Primarily known for their Chianti wines, Montellori crafts this exquisite sparkling using 100% Chardonnay grapes. Made in the traditional method, just like Champagne, the Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé undergoes a meticulous process. Following 3 years of aging on the lees, it emerges elegant and refined. The sip is refreshingly crisp, with lively bubbles dancing on the mid-palate. This versatile fizzy shines as an exceptional aperitif, but its magic extends throughout the meal. Imagine pairing it with a plate of linguine and scampi – a delightful combination to tantalize your taste buds.
