Born in Florence in 1983, Tuscan by birth and Tuscan at heart. I have more than twenty years of experience in the kitchen and collaborate on teaching courses at the Artusi Institute in Chianciano Terme. For many years I have managed the kitchen of the restaurant – hotel Alcide in Poggibonsi, a renowned business between Siena and Florence, with more than 150 years of history. I love my job and cooking in all its facets, from haute cuisine to street food. When I have time, I work in culinary events alongside prestigious colleagues.
